With Silica Blast heat, drought and frost will not affect your plants and they will flourish. Use Silica Blast both for container gardening as well as soilless hydro gardening. Silica Blast is a beneficial nutrient supplement to be used in conjunction with Botanicare nutrients or your preferred standard nutrient program. It strengthens your plants stems and stabilizes the pH in recirculating hydrogardens. Silica Blast is ideal for use in container gardening or soilless hydrogardening applications. Silica Blast helps strengthen plant tissue allowing plants to flourish in adverse environmental conditions such as heat, drought, and frost. Directions: Container Gardens Use between 1/2 - 1 teaspoon per gallon of water (2.5-5 ml / 4 liters). Hydrogardens Mid size plants: 1/2 teaspoon per gallon (2.5 ml / 4 liters). Mature plants: 1 teaspoon per gallon (5 ml / 4 liters). For best results: In container gardens, apply at every, or every other watering. In hydrogardens, apply to reservoir every 5-7 days and adjust pH to 6.0 1 teaspoon per gallon (5 ml / 4 liters) will achieve 105 ppm silicate.
