• Friendly Reminder:
  1. Proper fit of the collar is important! A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet's neck may cause skin irritation. The receiver collar should fit snugly yet be sufficiently loose to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet's neck.
  2. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 18 hours per day. If possible, reposition the collar on the pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.
  3. When using the shock function, Level 1 should be tried first and then the level should be gradually increased as necessary.
  4. The receiver will start beep and vibration working function when the transmitter is out of power. Please make sure the transmitter is always on.
